Refund Policy


The User may return any defective product to RestPillow™ free of charge. Taking into account the nature of the contracted product, the User will have 30 days from the detection of the non-respect of the product to notify RestPillow™. Any damage or loss will be charged to the User if the User does not notify it within the above mentioned delay.

The User will be exempted from any additional fees with the return of products with manufacturing defects.

The User must contact RestPillow™ within a given period of 30 days in order to officially return the product. The User must therefore send an email to indicating the product(s) to be returned, attaching a photo and a detailed list of the defects shown.

Once RestPillow™ has received the communication from the user, it will respond within 3 to 5 days if the return of the product is considered valid. In the case of an approved return, RestPillow™ will inform the User how the defective product will be collected, or sent to its stores in the United States or Canada.

Each product returned must be unused and with all its labels, tags, packaging and, where applicable, the original documentation and accessories supplied with the product. RestPillow™ reserves the right to refuse the return if the User does not respect these conditions.

Once the product has been received and the defects confirmed, RestPillow™ will allow the User to replace the product with another of identical characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or immeasurable.

In case of stock shortage preventing the replacement by an identical product, the User can choose to withdraw from the contract (i.e. receive a refund of the payments made), or choose and voluntarily request another model.

The delivery of a product with identical characteristics, or a corresponding new item chosen by the User, will take place within the same delivery time from RestPillow™ from the date of confirmation of replacement of the defective product or shipment of the new model.

The User will be exempted from any additional fees with the replacement, the shipment of the new model or the withdrawal from the contract.

RestPillow™ will refund all payments made by the User who purchased the defective product (including shipping costs) if the User decides to withdraw from the contract.

RestPillow™ informs Users that the duration of the refund of the amounts paid depends on the method of payment adopted by the User for the purchase of the product:

- If the User has paid by credit/debit card, RestPillow™ will refund the amount paid within 14 calendar days, as long as the User decides to withdraw from the contract.

Late or missing refunds
If you do not yet receive a refund, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is declared.
Then contact your bank, there is a long processing time before the refund is mailed.

If the item was marked as a gift when you purchased and shipped directly, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the donor received the order to give to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the donor and inform them of your return.
